Restoring relationships.
Reclaiming humanity.
Relearning how to live well together.

Trauma-informed, decolonial and culturally responsive restorative practice
grounded in Indigenous wisdom, relational care, and lived experience.

I bring over 30 years of experience across justice, education, family violence practice, community development, human rights and gender equity work.

My approach is shaped by lived experience, research, and the wisdom of Indigenous ways of knowing and being including the communal values that come from my Sumi Naga heritage.

This work is not just professional. It is personal.

A practice rooted in
story, land, and relationship

I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held
where difficult truths can be spoken, and where healing can begin.

Hi, I’m Inotoli

I work with organisations, leaders, and communities to embed restorative and culturally responsive approaches into the way they lead, communicate, and care for people.

I help transform workplaces and communities from reactive environments into relational, reflective, and restorative spaces.

Key offerings:

  • Decolonial and culturally responsive restorative practice training

  • Leadership capacity building

  • Workplace and community restorative processes

  • Healing and reflective circles

  • Group reflection and development sessions

  • Co-design community programs and consultation

Because harm does not heal
on its own

Many systems focus on performance, compliance, and outcomes.
Few make space for healing, reflection, and human connection.
Unaddressed harm shows up as conflict, burnout, disengagement, and fractured relationships.

When relationships break down, everything else follows. When relationships are restored, everything changes.

Restorative practice offers a different path, one grounded in accountability, dignity, and care.

Grounded in culture.
Guided by experience.
Built on trust.

My work draws from Indigenous perspectives that honour community, reciprocity, and collective responsibility.

Inspired by Sumi Naga values of kinship, courage, and shared humanity, I bring a holistic and deeply relational approach to every space I enter.

This is not a one-size-fits-all model. It is work shaped by people, place, and story.

I bridge academic knowledge, frontline practice, and lived experience to support meaningful, lasting change.

For those ready to lead
with care and courage

I partner with:

  • Mutli-cultural communities looking to co-design programs that promote self-determination, identity and belonging

  • Organisations seeking trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

  • Leaders wanting to build stronger, more connected teams

  • Communities navigating conflict, harm, or change

If you believe relationships are the foundation of real change, this work is for you.

Let’s begin
the
work of restorative living

Restorative Living invites a return to what matters most:
connection, dignity, and shared humanity

Healing happens in relationships.
Change begins with conversation.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live and work.
We honour their enduring connection to Country and recognise that these lands always were, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
Sovereignty was never ceded.
