I deliver culturally responsive restorative practice that help organisations build trust, strengthen inclusion, and create healthier workplace cultures.

Through interactive training, teams are equipped with equity-centred facilitation skills, trauma-informed approaches, and practical restorative tools that can be applied in daily interactions and decision-making.

Leadership capacity building supports executives and managers to embed restorative principles into policies, workflows, and governance structures, combining coaching, strategic planning, and alignment to ensure sustainable, values-driven change across the organisation.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders, I co-design restorative services and processes that are relevant, accessible, and grounded in community voice and ownership.

I also facilitate restorative processes for groups, families, couples, and communities, helping repair harm, rebuild relationships, and guide participants toward meaningful, restorative outcomes.
